2-3 working days within Chennai, 3-5 days elsewhere in Tamil Nadu.
Can I return a tailored garment?
Only if the fault is ours - a garment cut to your measurements cannot be resold.
Do you issue a GST invoice?
Yes, one is generated automatically once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Orders within Chennai arrive in 2-3 working days. Elsewhere in Tamil Nadu, 3-5 working days. Delivery is free over Rs.999.
Returns & refunds
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Stitched-to-measure garments cannot be returned unless the fault is ours. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5 working days.
